Annieflower guarantees to provide quality service in terms of order processing and shipping. We will let you know where your order is being processed in our websites and via email in the first time available.

If you have any complaints about the order delivered, please let us know within 7 days after delivery.

this is the second i receive flowers from this company. the delivery people is very unprofessional. both times they insist on calling my private number to let me know that flowers are downstairs. i told them already once that my upscale apartment building's property management works and accepts all deliveries 24 hours day. they still want to interrupt me. if they cant even train their delivery staff well what do think the flowers quality will be like? if i have over 20 flowers, packages, express mail daily does that mean i have to answer every single calls? i can forget about working period.

We will ask our delivery person to leave all your flowers with reception or guard next time. Generally, senders like us to send all flowers to recipients in person and therefore our company always ask delivery people try to give the flowers to recipient face to face whenever possible. We will change that for all future gifts for you.

Flower was delivered late and flowers are definitely not as what they said the freshest one.

I have order it online 18 champagne colour roses at least 4 days in advance and specify to be delivered in the morning but it was delivered at 4pm and those roses are not fresh at all. My friend is very disappointed.

Service are poor, Beijing office no one answer the phone. Shanghai office someone answer but the attitude was terrible.

I will never use your service again
